2019 Michael & Rosa Sailes Legacy Award
Western Illinois University, One Vision Worship Center (Joliet, IL)Carrington Marie Jackson plans to major in Forensic Science while pursuing a degree in Law Enforcement. Her interest was sparked when she had an opportunity as a high school student to be part of an FBI Explorer program and take classes in evidence testing. She attends One Vision Worship Center where she is an active leader in the Youth Dance Ministry. Carrington is part of the Youth and Family Department where she helps to coordinate children’s parties and works to enhance every aspect of the departments work. Her aim is to give back to her community by being an example to her community.
